Flow & Stretch is a 60-minute practice combining Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, designed to create balance between strength and flexibility,
movement and stillness, and Yin and Yang. Guided by the experienced teaching team at Himalaya Yoga in Rishikesh, India,
these classes help you build vitality through dynamic Vinyasa sequences and release tension through deep Yin postures.
The practice also integrates conscious breathwork, meditation, and elements of yogic philosophy to support physical well-being, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Based in Rishikesh—the birthplace of yoga and nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas—Himalaya Yoga is deeply rooted in
traditional yogic wisdom and the sacred energy of the River Ganga. Our school is guided by a team of experienced Indian
yoga teachers who have trained under respected gurus and studied classical scriptures alongside modern yoga science.
One of our senior teachers, Yogacharya Gaurav, was raised in Rishikesh and introduced to yoga from an early age.
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Consciousness & Yogic Science and brings over a decade of teaching experience.
Alongside him, our faculty offers authentic guidance that supports self-discovery, inner balance, and conscious living.
At Himalaya Yoga, our mission is to share the transformative essence of yoga in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Our teachings go beyond physical exercise, offering a holistic path that integrates body, breath, mind, and awareness
for today’s modern lifestyle.
