On successful completion, you receive a 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.
This is a focused module that can support your continued pathway toward longer trainings (such as 200 hours).
2. Your 100-Hour Journey in Tuscany
This is a short immersion with a clear rhythm: morning practice, mid-day theory, and practical learning sessions.
You will build a stable foundation in asana alignment, breathwork, yoga philosophy basics, and teaching fundamentals.
Tuscany’s quiet pace supports integration—so even in a shorter time, your learning becomes embodied and usable.
