1. Certification

On successful completion, you receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. This supports eligibility to apply for RYT® 200 registration with Yoga Alliance.

2. Your 200-Hour Journey in Goa

The training is a structured immersion: morning practice, mid-day theory, and guided teaching practice. You’ll build the foundations of a sustainable personal practice and learn how to teach safely and clearly.
