Advanced Study in an Authentic Himalayan Ashram by the Sacred Ganga

  • Traditional Himalayan ashram environment near the Ganga
  • Daily yogic routine that supports consistency and inner clarity
  • Spacious yoga halls for workshops, clinics and deep practice
  • Quiet surroundings ideal for study, reflection and integration
  • A strong spiritual atmosphere (satsang/kirtan) without distractions

International Certification — Yoga Alliance USA (Toward RYT® 500)

  • Teaching mastery: observation, cueing, adjustments and student care
  • Advanced sequencing: thematic, energetic and safe class design
  • Deeper pranayama & meditation for nervous system balance and focus
  • Mentored teaching practice with structured feedback

Refinement, Depth & Transformation: Practice, Philosophy, Anatomy

The 300-hour training is where you refine your craft. Beyond technique, you study the “why” behind the practice—alignment intelligence, biomechanics, subtle body awareness, and yogic philosophy that translates into clear, confident teaching.

  • Advanced asana clinics: alignment, adjustments and injury prevention
  • Functional anatomy: biomechanics, fascia and movement intelligence
  • Yoga Sutras & Bhagavad Gita with practical application
  • Subtle body practices (nadis, chakras, bandha) with grounded guidance
  • Pranayama, meditation and inner work to deepen personal sadhana
  • Professional skills: class themes, language, presence and teacher ethics

Arrive as a teacher. Leave as a more skilled practitioner, clearer guide, and stronger holder of space.
