Graduate with a Yoga Alliance–aligned 300-hour certificate. If you already hold a registered 200-hour certification, you can combine both trainings to become eligible for RYT® 500 registration—supporting advanced teaching opportunities worldwide.
The 300-hour training is where you refine your craft. Beyond technique, you study the “why” behind the practice—alignment intelligence, biomechanics, subtle body awareness, and yogic philosophy that translates into clear, confident teaching.
Arrive as a teacher. Leave as a more skilled practitioner, clearer guide, and stronger holder of space.
Successfully complete the course and receive your 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate aligned with Yoga Alliance standards. If you already hold a registered 200-hour certification, you may apply for RYT® 500 after combining both trainings.

In an ashram environment near the Ganga, you refine alignment, deepen pranayama and meditation, expand your philosophy understanding, and strengthen the real skills that make a teacher effective: presence, observation, language, and student safety.
The curriculum follows Yoga Alliance 300-hour standards and is structured to deepen your practice, strengthen your teaching, and develop confident, safe, intelligent instruction.
The day follows a traditional ashram rhythm to support focus, discipline and deep learning. Exact timings may shift slightly by season and special events.

You practice with mountain views, walk to the river for grounding, and experience evenings shaped by chanting, satsang and silence. This natural rhythm supports depth, clarity, and real integration.
Rishikesh supports serious practitioners—whether your aim is teaching mastery, deeper sadhana, or a stronger connection to yoga beyond the mat.
Food supports your training—simple, nourishing, and aligned with yogic and Ayurvedic principles. Meals are vegetarian and mostly sattvic, designed to keep the body light and the mind clear.
