Himalaya Yoga Policies
At Himalaya Yoga, we offer transformative Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs designed to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga. Our programs include 100-Hour (11 days), 200-Hour (21 days), 300-Hour (28 days), and 500-Hour (49 days) training courses. To ensure a seamless and enriching experience for all students, we have established the following policies. Please read them carefully.
General Policies
1. Enquiry
All enquiries will be registered through mail at info@himalayayoga.de
- Provide the following details when making an enquiry: Full name, country and city of residence, preferred training program (100H, 200H, 300H, or 500H), preferred dates, and accommodation type.
- Upon receiving your enquiry, we will issue an Enquiry Reference Number. Please quote this number in all future correspondence.
- Bookings for all classes must be guaranteed by making 100% payment of the entire booking value not later than 30 minutes prior to the timing of class.
- For yoga trainings and retreats, payment of 25% advance of the entire booking value must be completed within 48 hrs of enquiry to guarantee the booking. Balance 75% payment to be completed at the time of arrival.
- Any enquiry will be automatically released if not guaranteed as per the above conditions
- Payments can be made via a secure online payment gateway or through a bank transfer.
- Bank transfer bookings will be confirmed only after receipt and verification of the transfer.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All deposits made to secure a spot in our programs are non-refundable.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to provide flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of our courses:
- For yoga trainings and retreats - 25% of the advance deposit will be charged as penalty and rest balance will be refunded.
- 21 days or more prior to start date: Full refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- 15 to 21 days prior to start date: 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
- Within 15 days of start date: No refund will be provided.
- Any applicable refunds will be done after deduction of applicable credit card or paypal service charges
- For drop-in yoga classes - Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. In such cases, a full refund of the advance deposit will be processed.
Code of Conduct for Students
We are committed to maintaining a harmonious and disciplined learning environment. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the following:
- Smoking, alcohol, and non-vegetarian food, including eggs, are strictly prohibited on school premises.
- Mobile phone usage is restricted in the yoga hall, meditation hall and group activity venues
- If you plan to fast or dine out on any day, please inform the kitchen manager in advance to minimize food waste.
Students must maintain discipline and respect towards teachers, staff, and peers. Follow all school rules diligently.
4. Punctuality
Timeliness is essential. Latecomers will not be allowed to join ongoing sessions.
Books, maps, or any other borrowed items must be returned promptly.
Accommodation is strictly for enrolled students. Visitors, including family and friends, are not permitted to stay.
Full participation in all scheduled classes and activities is compulsory.
